Did you know that with a donation of $100 or more, you automatically become a La rue des Femmes Foundation member?
As a member, you have the privilege of attending the Foundation’s Annual General Meeting.
On June 18, come meet the Foundation team, some of the organization’s workers, and the Founding President, Léonie Couture, at the Centre de Services Communautaires du Monastère.
Agenda for the first summer cocktail party:
6 p.m.: Members arrive
6-6:30 p.m.: Buffet
6:30-7 p.m.: Roundtable discussion
7-8 p.m.: AGM presentation
- Welcome and opening of the AGM
- Appointment of a meeting chairperson
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Adoption of the minutes of the 2023 AGM
- Presentation of the 2023-2024 Annual Report of La rue des Femmes and its Foundation Action plan
- Presentation of the 2023-2024 financial statements
- Appointment of auditing firm for 2024-25
- Resolution to ratify the Board’s resolutions
- Appointment of election chairperson and secretary
- Election of Board members

8 p.m.: The Foundation’s first summer cocktail party ends
